I'm attempting to configure a NAS with this PC. The documentation indicates support for up to 8GB sticks, yet I'm only seeing 4GB per stick. It detects both but reports a combined total of 8GB, even though I've installed two 8GB sticks. The BIOS is updated, and I've tested with 4GB and 8GB sticks without success. Task Manager lists two drives but shows 8GB available. Could this be a hardware limitation or an issue with the software settings? I suspect it might relate to the memory controller in this model. Please let me know.

Thank you for the understanding. I just noticed the 4GB sticks were installed. I didn’t realize I still had two sets of DDR3 memory left.
