I saw a device called full_gminfo36_ga showing up on my Windows 10 network, but it appears only on other machines I’ve tested. It seems to appear and disappear randomly. The model is gminfo36, but when it shows up it only displays a MAC address without an IP. I’ve run every scan I can, and it doesn’t show up anywhere in the router either.

When Bluetooth discovery is turned on, it might list nearby devices.

Turning off Bluetooth also made me question whether this is something I need to be concerned about or if it's just Windows being quirky.

The discussion centers around a Reddit thread suggesting it might be a Harman Kardon smart speaker attempting to link to random networks.

Additionally, my Bluetooth is turned off, and I observed that I unplugged my Wi-Fi in the evening while it was connected earlier in the morning.

You just saw the same alert again. It seems connected to GM vehicles, possibly involving your Chevy Bolt EUV.
