The main point is clear, but before anyone suggests opening the Registry or using Disk Management, I need to understand what’s going on. Recently, someone bought digital game codes for my eBay account and I thought a virus or keylogger might be the cause. After getting the money back, I cleaned everything and reinstalled, but now a 240 NVMe appears on the 1TB drive instead of the 1TB itself. Everyone I’ve asked hasn’t found a clear solution yet, any advice would be really helpful, Leon.

Yes, I can help with that. What seems to be the issue?

SATA ports support hot swapping due to longer ground pins ensuring proper initial connection. The BIOS can indicate whether a SATA port is set for hot swapping. Have you verified the SATA controller settings in the BIOS to confirm this configuration?

It doesn't appear in the system information, showing up only on your personal computer. When you launch the device and printers and remove the driver, it shows up as a disk drive again until you close the application, after which it's labeled as a removable drive.
