Before reaching my final assessment that the device is bricked, I need some guidance. I own a Samsung Galaxy Book 4 Edge and tried reimaging it using rufus with a Windows ARM ISO. I've used various drives and different Windows versions—11, 22, 23, 24H2, and even 10 (22H2). I haven't tried any OS other than Windows yet, but I want to be thorough. Samsung’s user guide clearly states that only the factory OS is allowed, and their support for Windows devices isn’t as extensive as a more established manufacturer. I’m looking for drivers, warranty assistance, or other solutions. The main problem is that after booting from external media, the manufacturer name appears but no loading circle appears. I can wait a few seconds and restart, then try again to restart from the media. I’m open to breaking the warranty if necessary to fix this issue, and I’m ready to explore all available options for this laptop.
