Hey there! I just built a new PC and when I turned it on, it didn’t start up properly. The RGB fans are running but there’s no display signal. I’ve checked all the cables, tested the RAM, performed a BIOS reset, and cleared the CMOS—still nothing works.

Caps lock functions on the keyboard depending on the device settings. To give accurate details about your setup—CPU, motherboard, and GPU—it would help to know those specifics. This information lets me better assist with your question.

This item is brand new but comes with older components and a faulty power supply. Did everyone purchase it secondhand?

Both items were purchased in good working condition. The monitor is linked to the motherboard, and the GPU is connected separately.

Have you noticed it functioning properly prior to purchasing or was the seller informed about its condition?
