I thought you were using Windows 10. Look for the setting that lets Windows update during the night and turn it off.

I know this particular issue very well and there is an easy fix. Go into Command Prompt and type powercfg -lastwake and it will tell you what woke it up. Likely though it's your network adapter. Go to manage devices and select your network adapter and uncheck "allow this device to wake this computer" and "wake on magic packet."
