Your PC starts up but the monitor doesn’t show anything. The Windows sounds are similar to when you press a wrong key on the desktop (ting). You’ve used both VGA and DVI cables but still no signal. Your graphics card is an NVS 315, so you need a special adapter for VGA and DVI, which you have, but not HDMI. I also checked the monitor via HDMI with an Android TV box – it works and the display is fine. That means the issue might be elsewhere.
PC specifications: 9400F processor, 8GB RAM, Z370 motherboard from ibuypower, 256GB SSD, NVS 315 GPU, Thermaltake 630W PS. All connections are secured and it operated smoothly for two days prior.

I initiated the game setup. There appears to be no visual output when powering up the device. The operating system in use is not specified. Apologies for the delayed response; it seems I got lost in additional settings.
It could be a Windows 11 update alert. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the monitor, or use a backup display after powering it on.
