I just reset my PC and cleared everything. I unplugged the front USB 3 port, reinserted it, and covered the back PCIe slots after removing a Wi-Fi card. No other changes were made—just a clean reset, and now it works as shown in the file.

Maybe the front panel headers are the issue It behaves like this if there's an issue with front panel headers

I solved it, it was a boot loop. Just removed the RAM sticks, cleared out the dims, and put them back in.
