Hello, I noticed my PC turning off unexpectedly while watching videos with friends. After restarting it, it would shut down again and then attempt a repair before stopping completely. I’m unsure what’s causing this issue and was considering visiting a local tech center for troubleshooting, but I’d like to explore this online first.

The CPU cooling system appears to be functioning properly. It might seem like overheating, but it could also be related to the power supply unit, though your setup seems solid.

You should test the RAM stick first, then the SSD, and finally the GPU. This order helps isolate whether the issue lies with memory, storage, or graphics card.

I think the issue might be related to the RAM or the CPU memory controller. Where are they installed? Have you tested other slots? If it doesn't resolve, consider swapping in a different RAM module. I'll leave integrated graphics on during troubleshooting to keep things simple.

I'm testing one RAM stick in the second available slot from left to right. It seems to be working, maybe the other one is faulty. I'll keep checking and will update you on the outcome thanks for your support.

If you place the "dead" stick in that position, it won't function. This suggests an issue with one or more RAM slots or the memory controller. It should have two sticks set up in slots 2 and 4, from left to right. If both work, test each slot individually with one stick to identify failures. Consider swapping the sticks to see if the controller handles dual-channel properly. You might also need to re-seat the CPU. Good luck.
