So, Im sure you've all heard about Battlefront that comes with ONLY 4 MAPS and NO campaign Is going to cost 60USD, and If you want another 4 maps In DLC you'll have to buy a season pass for 60USD (seperate DLC's probably even more), and the new Tomb Raider game will have over 300 microtransactions, yes you read that correctly, 3-0-0. This Is Insane, and Im not buying Battlefront as a protest, and I hope people here aswell will see reason. Maybe next they will start charging us to play at higher resolutions and framerates, "BUY THE BATTLEFRONT 2 DELUXE EDITION and experience the game at 1080p 60FPS..." (Just needed some place to vent) What are your thoughts?
We're accustomed to his behavior, it's been this way for a while and it seems unlikely to shift soon. Just accept it. That's the only thing I can say.
You're just starting to understand this? That's why I avoid buying things that come with DLC right after release and skip pre-orders.
Never said these news were uber new.... do quote the place I did though...
It's a choice between getting caught up in extra content or facing a permanent increase in game prices. Decide what you're willing to risk.
Additionally, OP, it's not the developers who are exploiting us. It's the publisher.
