I don't know if it will work with your motherboard, but there is a utility that allows you to set multipliers for each core. I think it was first seen on a Der8auer video.

I conducted extensive research and to be frank, there seems to be no compelling reason to overclock my 3800X. While I can easily reach a 4.5 Ghz all-core speed, performance drops noticeably when other workloads engage all cores. Three of my cores automatically boost to 4.543 Ghz, while the remaining two stay below 4.441 Ghz. In gaming, this usually means only a slight gain—just a few extra frames—when I leave everything at default settings. Additionally, I don’t have to worry about voltage spikes since the boost only activates when needed, letting the chip operate efficiently at low voltages most of the time. As others have noted, focusing on RAM performance makes a bigger difference. If you truly want top-tier results, prioritize high-speed, low-latency RAM with tight timings. Also fine-tune your Infinity Fabric settings. Honestly, Ryzen’s OC potential is limited; the best improvements are usually small—around 1-2% at most. However, if you install a top-tier cooling solution that keeps temperatures under 60°C, those gains can jump to 1-2%. Perfect RAM configuration with optimal speed and latency can add another 1-3%. Aligning Infinity Fabric with your RAM’s capabilities can boost performance by another 1-2%. Overall, it’s unlikely to be worth the effort to overclock anymore, as the hardware is already performing near its limits.
