Adjusting voltages with offsets and overclocking via PBO is still quite aggressive, especially when fans and pumps run at full capacity.

Were your settings pushed to their highest values before reaching that voltage? The 1.262v reading seems modest, possibly due to high CPU temperatures. It might be safer to avoid exceeding those limits unless you have improved cooling.

Varies from person to person. A few like this guaranteed way of turning on PBO and calling it enough. Not everyone enjoys pushing the processor beyond limits. For others, just knowing the CPU runs smoothly without any changes is a benefit.
