I switched from Windows 7 Home Premium to Windows 10 but need the ISO for a clean install. I’m unsure which Windows 10 version to download—Windows 10, KN, N, or Single Language. I’m from the UK and can’t verify my setup because my PC is corrupted. Thanks for your help!

N indicates it doesn't provide Media Player or related features. Microsoft had to develop alternatives following a court decision in 2004, likely for EU, Switzerland, and South Korea markets. The N remains consistent. Missing features include: playing or creating audio CDs, digital media files, video DVDs, organizing content in a media library, making playlists, converting audio CDs to digital files, showing artist and title details, displaying album art, transferring music to personal players, and playing TV broadcasts after Internet Explorer lacks adaptive streaming support. It also doesn't handle Digital Rights Management (DRM) or simple Windows 10.

It seems you might have the wrong option in mind. You likely want Windows 10 (64-bit).
