Your overclock settings are quite high. Idle times don't count; focus on load temperatures only. My i7 runs smoothly at 60°C. Also, ensure you're using Ryzen Master since other programs keep it at full performance.

It's normal. Don't stress about it. I have 3900X and NH-U12A, and I also stay idle at 40-55°C while browsing. The issue is that some cores enter sleep mode and aren't used at all, yet the sensors show maximum temperatures. This doesn't mean the entire CPU reaches that high temperature; it's just the hottest core at any given moment. The cores adjust their workload, so no single core stays at that temperature continuously. The temperature fluctuates as the load shifts between cores.

It's hard to judge just by looking at the numbers. One model has four cores, another has twelve. It makes no difference. I'd be concerned if it was running hot at 65°C for browsing, but you're okay.

For the 3900x, focus on peak loads rather than idle performance. With the H110, it stalls at 50°C and reaches high 80s under steady use. At -0.1v offset (Boinc, Handbrake), it performs well.

In AIDA 64 stability test the average temperature is in the low 80s, occasionally dropping into the low 90s. Enthusiasts at 100%. Hmm... maybe the OC is a bit too intense... but I'm aiming for high frequencies. Sadly, you can't have both the cake and the eat. Anyway, thanks for the assistance, everyone!
