Don't exceed 1.505v, preferably stay below 1.5v. Aftermarket coolers or at least FX processors are essential. My 270 was running at 4.1 GHz at 1.505v and kept stuttering even when it was cool.

CountMike shared his experience about needing a high-performance cooler or at least a good FX processor for his setup. He mentioned his 270 reached 4.1 GHz at 1.505v and struggled with stuttering at that speed, even with a cooler. He also noted his current setup runs smoothly at 3.6 GHz at 1.5V, 3.0 stock, with solid cooling performance under load. He expressed interest in upgrading but feels it might not be feasible.
