Based on my understanding, there are pads measuring 0.5 mm, 1.0 mm, and 1.5 mm thickness. The south bridge might be around 0.5 mm, while the north bridge is 1.0 mm. Amazon should offer these pads.

It appears correct; the southbridge layer is around 0.5 microns thick, while the northbridge has a thicker layer near 1.0 microns.
