the cpu will stay functional as long as it stays cool, around 100c or higher. it’s your choice whether to swap the cooler or not—it can save you some cash.

There might be some background noise affecting performance. The stock cooler helps, but even with an i3-10105F it can get bothersome during games. Upgrading to a better cooler could provide noticeable improvements.

If my CPU stayed around 70°C to 80°C during gaming, I’d open the BIOS and lower the fan speed to cut down on noise. I’d also turn off 3 or 4 of the case fans.

Sure you can, but there are still improvements possible with better cooling. There are alternatives available. I use less time in the BIOS on that machine (and I haven’t replaced the cooler either) since it connects to this wireless keyboard/mouse setup and I really dislike it. It’s mainly for playing Steam games on my living room TV with a controller.

I don't have a specific RAM model or make, as I'm not connected to any hardware. Could you clarify which device you're referring to?

It's accurate when you raise the turbo power limits. Higher power generates more heat, which means a superior cooler could be necessary. With standard configurations, the Intel OEM cooler performs adequately.

Do you have the manual for your device? I’m having trouble locating information about cooler clearance. The recommendation was for a 160mm gap between your CPU and the side of the case.
