Hello! I observed some unusual behavior during my Valorant sessions. The top portion of the screen would occasionally freeze while the bottom remained responsive, as shown in the video. I’m considering a monitor problem since taking a screenshot during the glitch still displays everything correctly, though it takes a short time to refresh afterward. Any thoughts or suggestions would be helpful.

Details? Conditions? System status? Need to check updates, reinstall, or remove the game.

It makes sense the issue might be with the monitor. I’d test another cable and perform a fresh uninstallation followed by a reinstall of your graphics drivers.

GTX 1060 I5-12400 AOC 24g2 runs at 50 degrees during idle. The problem isn't just in games—it occurs even with normal usage.

Previously performed a driver reinstall, but it didn't work. Using an HDMI cable instead of a display port cable produces identical outcomes.

Have you attempted to connect directly to the motherboard's video port, skipping the GPU altogether? Alternatively, test on a different computer. For the latter, initially use the cables from your active system. If successful, the issue likely lies with the cable. Also, verify using your own cables as a backup. Should none of these resolve the matter, the problem probably resides with the GPU. Now, if you're cautious like me, connect both the cable and monitor from your working system on your own machine. If everything functions, the fault is probably in the cable. Still facing issues? It’s likely the GPU. If so, first attempt to remove and reinsert it after inspecting for missing, bent, or dirty pins. And since you’ve cleaned it thoroughly, proceed with caution. As a general tip, unless you’re certain, seek professional help—it could complicate things further.
