Details on fullscreen apps and using Alt+tab
Guys,
Here are two examples apps.
Dota2 and PUBG.
These are fullscreen games. When I press alt+tab from Dota2, it works well. But with PUBG, every time I do the same, the screen goes black and then turns back on just like changing a display source—it sometimes fails. The game becomes undetected and the screen disappears with “no source detected.” Then I have to either switch to desktop, close PUBG and reopen it, or plug the monitor’s power cord back in so the display comes back (I think the issue isn’t with the monitor itself because I still get my display when I switch to desktop).
Is this normal? Anyone can explain this? Hmm
Rofl. I tried it for a while on my phone until I noticed it was just against bots. When I saw real players, I instantly died. I really struggle with pubG—it's almost surprising how bad I am.
The main issue with pubG imho is the steep learning curve and the unclear distinction between master and meat. Many players complain, but they’re not saying it’s that simple. Those who didn’t quit were still there. What keeps me calm is that it’s free. If I paid $40 for such poor quality, I’d demand a refund.
I tried to follow someone once. He shot me through the windows and doors of three buildings across town, using a weapon I didn’t even know how to get. The game had just started, so I didn’t have much time. I believe I had a shotgun. He must have understood the situation was real, had a weapon that could do it, knew my exact location, and planned the shot.
I really don’t want to remember how much knowledge about a game is needed to do something like this.
