My PC experienced a BSOD last night and did not display after restarting. I began troubleshooting as follows:
I removed the GPU, all RAM modules, and all storage devices. The outcome was no display.
Then I installed one additional RAM stick and the primary OS SSD, and also reinstalled the CMOS battery. The result was that when I entered BIOS, it displayed the RAM and SSD but the boot menu was empty.
Next, I connected a bootable external USB flash drive with Windows Setup and restarted the system. The PC launched Windows Setup, and during the drive selection screen it showed SSD partitions along with the available space, indicating the SSD was functional and data remained intact. However, the main problem from step 3 was visual artifacts on the screen—red and green dots appearing intermittently across the display.
My specifications: ASUS H670 PLUS D4 I5-12400 16x2, 8x2 GB RAM XPG Core Reactor 750w RTX 3090 Samsung Odyssey 27 inch monitor.

My configuration includes ASUS H670 PLUS D4 I5-12400 16x2, 8x2 GB RAM XPG Core Reactor 750w RTX 3090, Samsung Odyssey 27 inch monitor. Check GPU-Z for zero values in key fields. Are you noticing an error 43 in Device Manager? Please confirm the BIOS version of your motherboard. Also, ensure you're using a stable 1.2KW power supply since your system includes an RTX3090.
I can't connect to any programs since the boot menu doesn't show any devices in BIOS, and the device manager also doesn't display anything.
