Destiny 2 continues to crash on my laptop. It doesn't overheat; it only stops the game, not the whole system. My machine is an HP ProBook 440 G6 with an i5 8265u and Nvidia MX250. All drivers are current. I've undervolted the CPU, but shouldn't that lead to the entire computer failing and just affecting the game?

Your GPU might be struggling, causing crashes during launch or gameplay. Is this issue consistent across different games?

It would crash during gameplay. It consumes around 70% of my GPU, and at low resolutions it achieves about 60-80fps. This is the only game that causes issues right now. I reverted the CPU settings to normal and the game stopped crashing. I think I’ll stick with the default settings or try a more stable overclock later.
