That's a great question! It's natural to wonder how the narrative will continue for PC players since Destiny 2 is primarily designed for consoles. You're right, it's different from the PC experience.

It seems like you're suggesting patience. Just keep an eye on things.

Likely by beginning around the middle and then getting an expensive port/redux later, probably at the end.

It seems to keep going, though I mostly avoided FPS games on consoles. This one is fun, and I'm excited about its PC launch.

Hrm... Nice! Because it'll also appear on Battle.Net, this game won't stop my enthusiasm for the Borderlands lineup—it feels like a tougher, more "serious" take on a Diablo-style FPS RPG!

The narrative moves forward with more emphasis in two parts, while your roles and development reset for each chapter. This gives everyone a clean slate. Only later will we see if this direction holds true, so don’t lock in yet.

It continues smoothly, though some players expressed concerns about the pacing of Destiny 1’s story. I really liked my experience with Destiny 1, so I hope the sequel lives up to expectations for most fans! It’s disappointing it won’t hit the console at the planned time... feels like a letdown.
