AMD Ryzen 5 2600 processor, RX-590 8GB (MSI Armor) graphics card, and 16 GB of 3000 MHz RAM. Despite researching extensively regarding achieving high frame rates in *Cyberpunk 2077*, my display experienced frequent stuttering, and I was unable to locate a solution that resolved the issue for me.

A persistent problem exists within the Grand Theft Auto engine; excessively high frame rates trigger stuttering, particularly observed with Intel i9 9900K processors while playing Grand Theft Auto 5. Achieving smooth performance with older titles on modern systems can often prove challenging.

The performance limit isn’t from the GTA engine; rather, it stems from Rockstar’s RAGE engine, typically reaching approximately 140 frames per second. Reducing this limit through a different setting offers a solution.

What options are available to me? I’m particularly keen on revisiting the original version of that game. Furthermore, I find I gain more valuable progress in Grand Theft Auto V compared to Grand Theft Auto IV or San Andreas—and you all agree with this assessment; however, is there a workaround for this limitation?

Limit the frame rate – for example, to 120 frames per second.
Remove the previous GPU drivers entirely using Display Driver Uninstaller before installing new ones.
Update the chipset and BIOS of your computer’s main board.
Check your PC for viruses or malicious software; AdwCleaner is an effective tool for locating threats that traditional antivirus programs might miss: https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/.
Execute a Windows DISM (Deployment Image Servicing and Management) command and perform a system check: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help...le-checker.
As a final step, reinstall Windows; this could eliminate problematic, outdated drivers. You will also need to re-install the motherboard drivers, as they are typically installed directly onto the C drive.

Hello, first off, please accept my apologies for the delay. I’ve resolved the stuttering and adjusted my frame rate to a more stable 580, which has eliminated the performance issues. However, I haven't been able to resolve the Y-axis sensitivity problem; despite attempting various fixes, none have proven effective. Your assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
