It shouldn't be like this. I’m not sure about the exact layout of the Win 11 Task Manager, but if it resembles Windows 10, open Processes, then include the GPU column and arrange it by usage. This will help you identify which process consumes the most GPU power.

I also faced the same problem with the newest NVDIA game driver released on October 12. Changing to the Studio driver (launched September 20, 2022) resolved it. If possible, consider reverting to an earlier game driver version.
