Desktop question arises about repeated restart after relocation
My computer keeps playing the boot click even though the system isn't visible. I had to shift the desktop to reach a cable that was stuck underneath. It's impossible to open Windows at all. You can hear the regular boot click, but it just loops again and again. I didn't remember how to verify this in my guide.
