Hello, your Windows 10 desktop is displaying full text labels for icons, such as "Attached picture label test." You've already adjusted the icon size with the scroll wheel and settings, right-clicked the desktop, and even modified registry spacing, but the issue persists. Test 2 suggests you want to know what should appear normally. Consider checking system updates, running a clean boot, or using System Properties to inspect display settings. Let me know if you'd like more details. Thanks!

Control Panel > Display > Appearance > Advanced Under Item, scroll down to Icon Spacing (Horizontal) and adjust to a larger value. Other items may need modification—such as Vertical Spacing or Icon size—to ensure the desired icon text appears on the desktop. Click Apply and Ok after making changes.

It's possible the desktop scaling was altered. You can adjust it by using the track pad to pinch or by holding down the mouse wheel while using your trackpad. Alternatively, you might have modified icon sizes and spacing to create more room between icons, causing windows to expand instead of wrapping text.

I verified the scaling is at the standard 100% setting. I attempted to adjust the horizontal and vertical scaling using regedit, but no changes were made.
