Hello Team, As discussed earlier, during Demo-Hero mode in DOTA 2 the game runs smoothly at 150 to 160 FPS. However, when playing actual matches or local bot games, my experience drops to 60-80 FPS. I’m sure my system can handle high FPS in DOTA 2, but something is missing. Is there a solution to this issue? ---- What I’ve Attempted: - Reinstalled Dota - DOTA is already installed on SSD - Updated Nvidia drivers to the latest - Experimented with Vulkan - Reduced graphics settings to minimum or set render quality to 10% which only slightly improved FPS in Demo-Hero - Did not find any improvement when playing in-game or against bots - My system specs: - OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit - CPU: Intel Core i7 4790K @ 4.00GHz - Haswell 22nm - RAM: Corsair Vengeance 20.0GB - Motherboard: MSI Z97 GAMING 3 (MS-7918) - Graphics: VG278 (1920x1080@165Hz) - 4095MB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER (NVIDIA) - 48°C - Storage: 238GB TS256GSSD370S (SSD) - 35°C - Western Digital WDC WUH721414ALE6L4 (SATA) 40°C - Seagate 1863GB Expansion SSD - 35°C - Optical drives: none - Audio: Sonarworks Virtual Audio Device Help needed.
