I own a Dell T7810 workstation motherboard and I need a regular power supply, but I discovered that the pin layout of the 24-pin cable differs from what I have used before to connect it. It has been challenging to get it to work consistently. Anyone can assist me? I found some useful tips online, but they didn’t help me either.

Are you sure the motherboard functions correctly? Which reference did you consult about the proprietary 24-pin configuration? The 10-pin connector is indeed unique. It's also worth considering if you might require a Dell power supply unit. Is there any explanation for why this isn't feasible?

I own 30 motherboards, which isn't a major concern. For the Dell PSU, I can't use it because it's not available on the market; I'll have to purchase it online. The other problem is the shipping costs and the lack of direct delivery to my country.

I acknowledge your concerns about the location.
If you visit the provided site, you'll notice the PSU connects to a backplane which then links to the rest of the system through a wiring bundle.
This Dell PSU isn't built for consumer ATX motherboards.
The 24-pin connector is typical, while the 10-pin connector is exclusive.
Adapters might assist with this setup:

I also discovered a link where someone made a comparable cable:

The current connection leads to the laptop area, which isn't functioning correctly

I almost overlooked the elephant in the room. Is the motherboard still inside the original Dell case with all its input/output wires attached? Power front panel and USB, sound is fine. Dell's designed to stop working if some non-essential wires aren't connected. Remember this even if you manage to get the right pin for a standard power supply.

I possess just the motherboard without a case or additional cables, and I don’t even have the front IO.

And I didn't mention that once the system starts up, the RAM becomes extremely hot, making it impossible for me to reach it.

I just found that the cpu cable also need to be modified
the forth cable for 12v is not used in t7810 but in standard power supplies there is a 12v cable so I cut that wire and now the ram is not hot anymore but the issue is the cpu is not getting any power and still no post
I’m sorry but I don’t know how to provide image here I even tried Imgur but still can’t

Typically, you simply upload a picture to a platform such as imgur.com and then share the connection here. There are additional options available for you to explore.
