Your Dell PowerEdge T330 isn't recognizing the drives you're using, while your existing Dell drives do. You've already checked different slots and haven't found a solution yet.

Check if the drives appear in the computer management tool. Identify the operating system involved. Confirm whether the drives were formatted prior to installation. Review the specifications of the T330. Verify that all drivers are current.

The drives aren't appearing in Windows, TrueNAS, or the BIOS settings. The drive was indeed formatted. BIOS version is 2.3.2 and iDRAC version 2.40.40.05 are installed. The system uses an Intel Xeon E3-1225 processor with 16GB DDR4 RAM.

Check the available HBA/RAID cards inside. You might have to open its configuration and set up arrays.
