I just purchased a Dell OptiPlex and wanted to enhance it for some fun. I upgraded my power supply to a Corsair CX750 and installed an RX570 graphics card, and everything is functioning well now. I’m thinking about adding more RAM—specifically 16GB total, with 8GB per slot. I’m curious if this setup can support that upgrade and what RAM modules would fit best. Thanks!

Most Optiplex models are not limited to RAM, so you might need a different setup.

You can keep it simple with DDR3 and it should function fine. I often see affordable g.skill memory listings on eBay.
