Hi, I turned on the guest account for a friend but need guidance on fully deleting it. The account logo still appears in the login options when I start up.

Everyone suggests it, but they miss the point. I needed to run a sudo command in the terminal to resolve it.

I turned on the guest account and it listed that user, but after turning it off my Mac showed “other” instead. It seemed the sudo command was the only solution.
