I used Ccleaner and it deleted many of my files on my PC.
Can I recover them?

Deleting the cache might affect your files. It seems to be related to something similar. Recuva comes from Ccleaner.

Be aware that removing files from a drive that's always being used can make them unrecoverable in just a few minutes. CCleaner should only handle things you wouldn't regret deleting. It removes temporary files when functioning correctly.

Are you checking if something has truly disappeared or if there’s something missing that you’re trying to recover?
I used to rely on CCleaner for a while, especially when I needed to locate all the unwanted files. I kept it open so I could manually delete them with another program.
Every time I refreshed CCleaner and ran the manual clean, I realized how much I relied on it—what I thought was lost was actually gone.
CCleaner’s basic clean is sufficient for hiding things from casual browsing, but if you have someone skilled, your drive could be completely wiped out with what can be recovered.
