Hey everyone! I'm facing some issues with my H80i after updating Corsair Link. It vanished from Device Manager and isn't showing up in the Link app. I've tried everything, but nothing seems to work. It might be related to outdated drivers. If you want to remove all USB device drivers—like printer, mouse, keyboard, and H80i—I need guidance so I can reinstall and hopefully fix it.

Follow the devices in the Device Manager. Or perform a full Windows reinstall.

Open Start, select All Programs, then choose Accessories, and finally click Command Prompt. In the command prompt, enter the following command and press ENTER: set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices=1. Launch Device Manager by typing a command prompt and pressing ENTER. When prompted, click Show hidden devices in the View menu to view all connected devices, including those not currently linked. You may remove the h80 device and driver there and attempt reinstallation.

Thanks for the responses, but I’m having trouble removing the driver or device from Device Manager since it doesn’t appear. This made me wonder if an outdated driver might be the issue. That’s why I’m planning to delete all USB drivers.

That's why I advised you to delete them one by one from the device manager. It might look different to you now. However, when you open the USB-controllers menu, it displays a list of ports instead of connected devices. The issue here is that after disconnecting everything, you must still have kb/mouse connected to PS/2 to keep going. I think you've already attempted to remove all under HID devices, haven't you?

For future reference, open Device Manager, choose View > Show Hidden devices. This displays devices with registered drivers, marked by semi-transparent icons. Just right-click them and select "Uninstall" or press Delete to remove the driver and take the device off the system.
