Delete all data on Windows 11
I’ve saved all my crucial files, OBS settings, photos, etc. What’s the most effective method to erase everything from all four drives? I own two Samsung 970 NVMe and two Seagate Barracuda HDDs. I’m aware of an app called DBAN, but it appears the free version has changed. Any suggestions or alternatives would be highly appreciated.
Do you sell these drives, hand them over to others, or use them again in another system? If you're only using them during a Windows reinstall, simply remove all partitions and reformat the drives.
Locate your Windows key if needed. Proceed with the rest of the steps. Begin the video at 14:51.
When handling it on your own, consider why you're clearing everything. Usually just the operating system drive needs wiping, unless the Windows Store has corrupted other files that can't be removed, a situation I experienced once.
