Following a recent AMD driver update, I experienced reduced frame rates and increased input delay. Removing the AMD software restored smoother gameplay, though this issue reappeared after approximately three hours of play. I explored all available AMD settings and attempted to revert to previous drivers without success. Resolving the input lag resulted in screen flickering.

I understand the reason for the delay I experienced. While playing Overwatch, the Windows update notification caused a similar issue.
