Hello there! I upgraded my ram from 16 to 32 gb with 4x8 gb 3200 mhz and i got some delays and import lags on kayboard and mouse, i updated my bios too, System info : cpu Intel i7 8700k GPU GTX 1080 TI OC MOBO Rog Strix z390 e gaming

Yes, but not extremely high. A small boost from MSI afterburner helped. I experienced delays before updating my BIOS, I assumed that was the problem. After updating, you might find it useful to reset it.

Ensure the CPU isn't unstable, then examine the memory. The hard drive is another common cause of delays due to faulty heads or wear, which might signal a bigger failure. Use SeaTools to inspect your drive for problems; persistent issues could worsen over time. Back up your data if the drive is faulty. For memory issues, test with a single stick of RAM and upgrade gradually to pinpoint the problem. Replace any faulty stick or RAM until the issue disappears. It's unlikely all four sticks are defective.
