Hello everyone, I’m trying to figure out how to extend the waiting time for Windows 11 after adjusting my display settings before going back to the defaults. I have both a monitor and a TV connected to my PC, and sometimes they don’t switch smoothly, making it hard to get the new display working within the default 15 seconds. I’d like to set it to wait 30 seconds instead.

Returning to earlier display options – adjusting the timeout settings. Be careful… this was set on a Windows 7 machine, likely a TV in an office. It’s unclear if it still functions, but I’ll try this method as requested.
