Hello everyone, yesterday I was playing Apex Legends Fortnite and CS GO. All the games had stuttering and lag for just a second, my screen would freeze completely. I could hear all the sounds from the game and other programs. I tried installing the latest video card drivers, but I'm not sure what else I should do. My system has 8GB RAM, 2666MHz, an R3 CPU, and an RX580 chipset.

Monitor your CPU activity and temperatures during that moment. If your CPU is hitting about 80% or more, it’s probably the CPU that’s leading to the stuttering.

It seems like there might be a texture loading issue. Are you experiencing this on a hard drive or an SSD?

Only SSD captured more images, GPU activity at the end comes from the game.

It seems the CPU is limiting performance due to its low core count, and having a single RAM module instead of dual-channel is further reducing efficiency.

to clarify, using my rig (i74790k and 2 GTX 980 TI) I also experience stutters in CSGO. It's a real pain.
