Delay in Windows Hello setup
When powering up from sleep, the camera takes time to activate, making login slow. Once the camera works, unlocking happens fast, and turning on the laptop is immediate. To speed things up, consider adjusting settings or checking hardware responsiveness.
You might simply enter a joke password. I’d check the settings, control panel, and BIOS to look for something useful.
It seems like it's just a brief pause while everything gets set up. Once you unlock, it launches smoothly and begins right away.
It's the reverse. When I first power on the laptop, everything functions properly, but once I restart and open Windows Hello again, performance slows down.
It seems like the issue might be: A. Broken in some way B. Some setting messed it up C. Drivers I would still check settings and BIOS, also look for driver updates. If that doesn't work and no one else tries to help you, I would reinstall Windows as its usually easier than actually fixing the problem.
It's brand new, which means my ideas might stem from Dell bloatware or the slow HDD.
