Defeated a 10 stuck in automatic boot repair mode.
Hi, I was cleaning my PC while disconnecting the boot SSD. Once finished, I tried turning it on but ended up stuck on the windows loading screen with stuck dots. After a restart, the same issue persisted, and automatic repair remained stuck. I attempted to enter the Windows Recovery Environment using various keys like F2, F8, F11, etc., which didn’t work. A bootable USB was also tried, but it still got stuck on the bootloader screen after selecting it as the primary drive. I don’t have a recovery drive yet, but if I create one from another PC, how can I access the recovery environment? Thanks. Edited September 25, 2022 by Paul R
I also found Greg Salazar's recent YouTube video; it deals with a problem that can be fixed, possibly a faulty CPU. In short, it was a defective CPU.
His performance isn't good enough even with a simple USB reboot causing a crash.
The issue has been resolved. I'm grateful to everyone who contributed. It's important to verify even simple aspects first. I replaced the RAM and it functions normally again. Thanks!
