Is the Deepcool Gammaxx 400 enough to maintain optimal temperatures for the Ryzen 7 1700 at 3.7ghz in a Phanteks P400 case? If not, what are some suitable alternatives within the 16$-30 price range that could work well? Your input would be greatly appreciated.

The Deepcool Gammaxx 400 is adequate to some extent. It is suggested to opt for a model with a bigger heat sink and additional fans.

The PC case also presents an issue. Only one intake fan, one exhaust fan, and the power supply fan are present, which leads to high temperatures inside the case.
