Swapped out the RAM and gave it a push. Restarted. I’m furious my computer caused me to have a panic attack at 6 in the morning.

Maybe the computer didn't appreciate the power cut? Next time you might want to test if clearing CMOS works, especially if you haven't tried it before. Or consider swapping out and reinstalling the drives.
