I already run a coke and weed operation, both at full capacity. Recently I acquired a bunker, which has made resupplying much more challenging without someone to help. With the bunker, I expect things will be even tougher. Switching from stealing to buying supplies seems less appealing now, though profits are significantly lower. I haven’t found anyone who has tested the situation thoroughly to gauge the impact.

best thign to do is ceo vehicles, get them and sell them. while you wait for the countdown timer to go down in-between sellign cars you can restock your bunker. coke and weed factory doesnt produce more money than ceo cars
In fact, I just checked—full supply bar equals roughly 2.5 product bars (yes, I own both upgrades).
