Should I be concerned? The EZ debug VGA light isn’t always lit but it’s visible in the dark, suggesting a power issue. It boots normally and the GPU works fine. After re-seating the GPU and resetting the CMOS, everything seems to reset properly. You just updated the BIOS, which was released recently. Could it be the GPU or is your motherboard behaving oddly? Your PC was built a week ago and started acting up recently.

@Staggeredwalk Are there any other lights nearby? maybe the light is leaking from there? It happens rarely but there is a chance.

The other lights were off, which was what I thought was happening but then it changed. It's been two days and nothing unusual has occurred since I updated the AMD drivers because of the usual driver issues. When I power on the PC, the Ez Debug functions operate correctly and display the expected "glowing" effect.
