the cpu ez debug light is flashing and i’m unsure what to do. i’ve installed a new bios, replaced the cpu and ram, but the issue persists. pc specs: https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/LThcVw

Consider resetting the CMOS. (Use the jumper or disconnect the PC from power and remove the battery for a few minutes.) Should this not resolve the issue, attempt to re-flash the BIOS if the board allows it.
