You're looking to optimize your Windows 11 setup for better performance and efficiency. With your current specs—8GB DDR4 RAM, an Nvidia 1650 card, and a 8643 motherboard—it makes sense to reduce RAM usage to free up resources for gaming or multitasking. Since you've already tried open-source tools without much success, consider exploring built-in Windows features like Task Manager, Resource Monitor, or third-party apps such as CCleaner or SysTools RAM Diagnostic. Adjusting background processes and closing unnecessary tabs can also help.

I don't see any issues, my computer after a fresh restart with nothing open is using 3.5-4 GB of RAM while running Windows 11. The most effective fix might be upgrading to 16 GB of RAM if it's feasible. Hope this assists you.

It sounds like you're facing some financial challenges. What other options might help you move forward?

You might consider exploring options like a bloated Windows ISO or using a script such as the one from christitus.com. This approach works best with Windows 10 but could be useful for Windows 11 in uncertain cases. For those willing to experiment, a video offers an alternative to managing existing bloat. The easiest fix is adding another 8GB RAM stick or replacing the 8GB with a 16GB one.
