You're asking about optimizing your RAM speeds on the Z490 with an I7 10th Gen processor. Running your RAM at 2133MHz might be fine, but boosting it to 3200MHz using XMP can improve performance, especially if your motherboard supports it. Check your motherboard's specifications to confirm compatibility and stability before changing settings.

What do you aim for? These numbers and low-performance periods really hurt more when you're at 2133 compared to 3200+—especially without good RAM pairing. It’s not just a minor issue; you’re risking your performance. You’re settling for what matters most, but your decisions put you in danger. I’d trade everything for better RAM that fits the platform better. I’d prefer 3600-4000 FPS ranges. In Warzone, boosting RAM alone from 165fps to 195fps in CITY locations made a big difference. Going from 3200C14 to 4400C17 added another 30+ FPS at lower settings. If I could do it now, I’d upgrade my RAM and retire the old ones.
