It seems you're experiencing some issues. The slow RAM is limiting the maximum FPS and reducing lows even further. The voltage reading is only .856-.913 volts, which is below the typical range of 1.0 to 1.1v at higher boost clocks. This level is insufficient for the card to reach higher speeds. It's possible you're using a modified BIOS for mining purposes. You can locate the original BIOS files and re-flash them from MSI. Be sure to have the correct BIOS before proceeding with the flash. If not, you risk damaging your card and may need a new one to try again.

adjust the test to 4k and execute once more, as this should push the system to its maximum capacity or indicate another issue.

I truly regret my behavior.
The explanation was that if RAM is the problem, it would mean I need to purchase a newer one, which would be very difficult for me.
I have spent all my money on buying this GPU and PSU.
First, I plan to return the GPU, but the previous owner will likely refuse it 99% of the time. Sadly, I didn’t ask if they would accept it back if I encounter any issues during the purchase. I’m really clueless.
If returning the GPU isn’t an option, what are my next steps?
Either upgrade the RAM or update the BIOS, as suggested in this thread.

I did that too, my monitor only supports 900p, so I connected the pc to my 4k tv for other resolutions.
For Furmark, the power remains up to 160w.
However, during games it varied: at 900p or 1080p the usage stayed under 100w (about half of what I see in online clips).
On 4k it does rise to 120-130w sometimes reaching 150w, but that’s the limit. Even though 4k is demanding on the GPU, I noticed FPS fluctuating and changing as power consumption shifted between 120 and 130w during gameplay.
