Debate about DiscussionBrick Rig's optimization issues
I bet most of you haven’t played Brick Rigs, but the optimization in that game is really poor. I tested it on a GTX 670 for a while and it kept struggling no matter the settings, maybe my I7-940 helped. I also tried a GTX 1650, 1080, and even upgraded to an Xeon X5680, but nothing improved performance. Would I say Brick Rigs is even less optimized than that new Star Wars title? (When I say struggled, it means 10–15 FPS on the 670, while the 1080 with a newer CPU ran about 30 FPS.)

What hardware specs should Brick Rigs require?
They usually list minimum, recommended, or optimal requirements.
Don’t settle for just the bare minimum; aim for the best possible setup within your budget and capabilities.

Brick Rigs suggests using a full system configuration with the latest OS version.
Start by booting the host machine and shutting down all unnecessary applications to ensure maximum performance.
Monitor resource consumption through Task Manager or Resource Monitor, keeping track of CPU, memory, and disk usage.
Check both tools simultaneously but focus on one at a time for clearer analysis.
Are there any significant resource spikes?
If performance stabilizes, gradually reinstall other programs one by one to identify conflicts.
If issues persist, it’s likely a compatibility problem.
The game's requirements are extremely minimal, needing only a basic computer setup.
