He was using DP against a Razor mid, but whenever he launched Crypt Swarm it triggered the Razor debuff for slow and damage. Since Razor’s ability activates against razor-targeted abilities, and Crypt Swarm is a point target rather than a unit target, this seems to be either a bug or an exception to the rule.
He probably tapped the razor button, maybe it’s the right move... I’d check the floor or see if there’s someone nearby.

This issue likely affects your ally, as many targeting spells work on the ground or individual units—heroes or creepers—making them temporarily unit targets. When aiming at the ground in front of Razor, it should land without activating his passive. You'll also see that Zeus's lightning bolt can be aimed at the ground, creating an area effect without triggering his own passives.
It seems unclear if the target is aimed at a specific person. I’m not certain about the exact intent, though I noticed I often land near me during dp games, possibly due to a mistake.
